Seditio v130 is out !

What's new :

- Auto-installation (manual setup still available).
- Auto-upgrader (can self-upgrade from a 125 or 126).
- 3 new skins (8 years, Iridium, Clouds).
- New version of the Xtemplate library.
- New plugins "Contact", "Self-Check", and "Parser Manager".

Note that there's already a build 150 under construction, it was planned to have the Gallery plugin (the ability to display pictures and files, from the user folders) into the core files for this release 130, but that's such a huge task I prefered to release without, and keep this feature for the next build. I'll keep you informed about this in the coming weeks :]
